Report a listing
If something on an event page is wrong — a changed date or venue, a dead seller link, a cancelled event still showing, or a listing you believe is fraudulent — tell us and we'll check it. Include the event's link and what looks wrong. We take down or correct listings we can't verify, and we'd rather hear about it twice than not at all. Read how we vet listings for what we check before an event goes live.
Tickets, refunds & entry
IslandLivedoesn't sell tickets. Each event links you to its official seller, and anything about a purchase, refund, transfer or entry is handled by them — we never take your payment and hold no record of it, so we genuinely can't look up an order. Open the event page and use the official link or contact channel shown there. If that link is broken, tell us and we'll fix the listing.
Event-specific questions
Questions about a specific event — line-up, set times, age limits, parking, what you can bring — are best answered by the organiser, who decides them. Where an organiser has published a contact channel, you'll find it on the event's page.

Want your event listed? Start with how it works and pricing, then apply from your account — most applications are reviewed within a business day. For partnerships, media requests or data questions, email us with “Press” in the subject line.
