We point you to the official seller
IslandLiveis a discovery site — we list what's on and send you to whoever is actually selling the tickets. Every event links to the organiser's official channel: their own ticketing site, a WhatsApp number, free entry, or pay at the door. We never link to resale groups or "agents", so you always know you're dealing with the right people.
We don't handle your ticket money
We don't sell tickets, take payments for them, or hold any of your money. When you follow the official link, you buy directly from the organiser on their own platform, at their price — there's no booking fee from us and nothing for a scammer to intercept on our side. That also means refunds, changes and entry are handled by the seller, not us.
Confirmed details, not rumours
Listings are created by the organisers running the events, and we keep the date, venue and a map in one place so you're not piecing things together from social media posts and group chats. Always start from islandlive.org and follow the official link on the event page rather than a screenshot someone forwarded you.
Buying safely
If a deal you saw elsewhere looks too good to be true, it probably is. Check the event here first, then go through the official seller we link to. Because we're not the seller, we can't verify or refund anything you bought from a third party — but we can tell you who the official channel is.
Spotted a dodgy listing?
If a listing looks wrong, out of date, or like it's pointing somewhere it shouldn't, tell us and we'll look into it — email support@islandlive.org or message us on WhatsApp (+94 78 357 9263). Include the event name and a link so we can find it quickly.
